Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Isamoti Tourism & Educare collects through this website and during the counselling and application process, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to every form on this site.

What we collect

• Contact details you enter into an enquiry, consultation, callback or event registration form: name, email address and phone number.
• Application information you give a counsellor: academic history, English test results, passport details, financial and sponsor documents.
• Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, the page you submitted a form from and the site that referred you.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to assess your eligibility, and — with your instruction — to prepare and submit applications to institutions and immigration authorities on your behalf. We also use aggregate, non-identifying information to understand which pages and events students find useful.

Who we share it with

Only the universities and colleges you ask us to apply to, and the immigration authority of the destination you are applying for. We do not sell contact details, we do not pass them to other consultancies, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. Where an institution requires documents to be sent through a third-party application platform, we tell you which platform before anything is uploaded.

How long we keep it

Application files are retained for as long as they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can respond if an institution or visa post raises a query. Enquiry records that never become applications are removed once they are clearly inactive.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete your record entirely. Write to the email address on our contact page and we will respond within seven working days. Deleting an active application file may make it impossible to continue an application already in progress, and we will tell you before we act if that is the case.
