These terms govern your use of this website and the services Isamoti Tourism & Educare provides. By using the site or engaging us as your representative, you accept them.

Information published here

Tuition fees, entry requirements, intake dates, scholarship amounts and immigration rules are set by universities and governments and change without notice. We review this site regularly, but the institution's own published information and the immigration authority's own guidance always take precedence over anything written here. Nothing on this site is legal or immigration advice.

Our services and what they cost

Counselling, document assessment, application filing, interview preparation, event attendance and the pre-departure briefing are provided free of charge. Where a third party charges a fee — a university application fee, an English test fee, a government visa fee, a medical examination — that amount is payable to the third party directly, is not collected by us, and is not refundable by us under any circumstances.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee admission to any institution, the award of any scholarship, or the grant of any visa. Those decisions belong to the institution and the immigration authority, and no consultancy can bind them. What we commit to is preparing your file properly and telling you honestly what its chances are.

Your responsibilities

• Every document and statement you give us must be genuine and accurate. Submitting a fabricated document is a criminal matter in every destination on our list and will end our engagement immediately.
• You must disclose any previous visa refusal, in any country, at the first meeting.
• You must meet the deadlines we agree in your written plan. We cannot recover an intake missed because documents arrived late.

This site links to university websites, government pages and test providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or the regulatory environment change. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
